Energy, Fun and Lots of Banter
What to bring:
A mat as it will be a full body workout with our signature mat work. You might also like to bring a small towel and a bottle of water. Hydration is key! Feel free to wear your Fitbit or Apple Watch to clock in those steps. Expect to clock in at least 5000 steps or more in this class!
Danspirations is located in the same building as Skandan Law. You can’t miss it as it’s right next to the Indian temple. Walk up the flight of stairs to the second floor and you won’t miss us because you’ll either hear us cackling away or the pulsating Bollywood music will lead you to us. There is parking along the street right in front of the temple and Fort Canning MRT is 2 minutes away.
What to expect:
BollyFreak is our signature classes that has been around since 2012. Lavania who is the creator of this program and also the instructor of this class will make sure that you walk out of the class with your abs feeling toned from laughter (and of course from her killer mat workouts). This class is highly popular, so you better grab your slots for this class way ahead!
What to wear:
Comfortable workout wear. Shoes are important. There is a changing and washroom available.
