For you Bollywood freaks, Bollyfreak is a form of dance fitness that incorporates the hottest hits of Bollywood in its routine. The hour long class focuses on core, cardio and strength training. Routines are adaptable according to your needs. Even if you are pregnant and have your doctor’s approval to work out, we will adapt the moves to suit your condition.
It’s so fun that an hour passes by quickly! And you will want to come back for more! And what more motivation does one need when you can burn up to 500-1000 calories in an hour! Freak out with us!

Things to note:
- Prior booking is compulsory (at least 12 hours in advance)
- Payment (non-refundable) for trial class/ per drop in to be made upon booking
- Cancellation fees (forfeit of one class) will apply for no-show
- Proper workout attire, mat/towel and indoor shoes
- Bring own water
- Make sure indemnity form is filled prior to class and let instructor know of any health condition.

We love kids and we love to provide them with as much exposure as we can. So if you are sending your kids to us for dancing lessons, be prepared to chaperon them to dance competitions and performances.
